Our flours have an expiry period of 6 months starting from the milling date. Such a short shelf life is due to the wheat germ which, when not depleted, makes the product alive. Our flours grow, therefore, with very little yeast and little mother yeast.
The sale period runs from November 1st to May 31st as the flours do not contain preservatives and in the shipment they could deteriorate due to the heat.
